Moreton Neal graduated from Duke University with a major in studio art. She taught art in Durham before shifting to the culinary arts, opening one of North Carolina’s first gourmet restaurants, La Residence, with Bill Neal.
In 1992 Moreton left the restaurant business to focus on her lifelong passion, interior design. Her teachers and mentors include Georgia Kyser, Andrea Wise-Leech, Ellen Virchick and Connie Guild. Along the way she has produced and co-hosted a radio talk show and has written books and articles on interior design, food, and travel.
Over the past two decades, Moreton has had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients achieve their goals of beauty, harmony, and comfort in their living and working spaces.
